Croydon Counselling Foundation Notice of Closure

As previously stated on this website, Croydon Counselling Foundation (CCF) suspended its counselling service permanently in the summer of 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Following those difficult decisions and not being able to find a counselling service to merge with, the trustees of the charity have now regretfully decided that this charitable company will shortly cease trading and be deregistered as a charity and as a company.

If you have any legitimate outstanding claim against, and for settlement by, Croydon Pastoral Foundation, trading as Croydon Counselling Foundation or CCF, formerly known as CPF Counselling, please send full details to email@croydoncounsellingfoundation.org.uk before 31 August 2021, after which date claims will no longer be considered.

In preparation for closure CCF has considered the safeguarding of the information that we hold in trust and, having consulted with guidance provided by the Information Commissioner’s Office on personal data and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy on client records, all personal data held by CCF will be deleted and be ‘beyond use’ after 30 June 2021.

Should anyone require more information relating to their personal data please could you contact email@croydoncounsellingfoundation.org.uk before that date and we will do our best to assist you.
